Cowlick Farms started in 2012 as an idea to raise naturally good food for our family, that at the time included Ray Victoria and 2 of our sons. In 2014 we decided to make it official and make a business out of it. Cowlick Farms was born, along with our third son. We started off with a couple of beef steers, 2 sows and a few dozen Cornish cross chickens on our farm in North Florida.

In 2016 we moved “Clampett style” from hot and balmy Lake City, Florida to new adventures Willington, Connecticut.
We wanted to give our three children the opportunity to grow up experiencing the four seasons like Ray did when he grew up in Connecticut. Cornish Cross pastured chickens became our focus. We raised farm fresh pastured chicken for both wholesale accounts and retail sales.

In 2020 we added a herd of American Milking Devon’s to our farm. And that pretty much brings you up to date on our family’s farming journey into farming in just 30 seconds….. Well there was actually lot more blood, sweat and tears getting to this point , but we’ll have to leave that for another time.
